We have lived in the same building as Dan and Alberto for ten years. When we decided to buy a larger unit in early 2019, we decided to call them for help. It was a fantastic decision. They were both very responsive to our needs and we were able to get our unit in the market quickly. They held an open house two days after we went on the market and two days after that we had an offer for our unit. We were back in Michigan when the offer came in and Dan and Alberto were so helpful in making sure the sale went smoothly because the buyer wanted a quick closing.

Because we were still in Michigan, they took care of so many things for us to make our purchase move quickly. An example of one thing that they did for us was to make a video of the parking locations for the two units we were considering so it was easier to make a decision. Dan and Alberto are very knowledgeable of the real estate market in the area and their expertise made our long distance sale and purchase so much easier. They are both very kind individuals which meant a lot to us. When we are ready to sell again, we will definitely look to them for their help again.
